Every recommendation is tailored to your business.

No two projects are exactly the same.

Business Reviews

The Business Review is designed to help understand your business before recommending any solution.

Booking a Business Review does not create an ongoing client relationship or commit either of us to working together.

Quotes & Proposals

Every proposal is prepared specifically for your business.

Unless stated otherwise, proposals remain valid for 30 days.

Payments

Projects may be charged as:

• Fixed-price projects
• Monthly retainers

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required in advance before work begins.

Payments may be made via:

• Stripe
• Wise
• Bank Transfer

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before work begins, any advance payment will normally be refunded.

Once work has started, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.

If a scheduled Business Review needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

Client Responsibilities

To help projects run smoothly, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Supply required access to platforms where necessary
• Review work and provide feedback promptly

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

Third-Party Platforms

Many projects involve third-party software including:

• GoHighLevel
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Stripe
• Wise

These platforms are owned and managed by their respective companies.

Their pricing, availability, features and policies may change without notice.

I cannot be responsible for outages, platform changes or limitations introduced by third-party providers.

Results

Every recommendation is based on my professional assessment of your business.

However, business performance depends on many factors beyond my control, including market conditions, competition, customer behaviour, budgets and implementation.

For that reason, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Revenue growth
• Lead volume
• Conversion rates
• Return on advertising spend
• Business performance

My role is to provide strategic recommendations and implement agreed solutions to the best of my ability.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables created specifically for your project become yours once all outstanding payments have been received.

I retain the right to use my own processes, methodologies, templates and general knowledge in future work.

Third-party software, licences, fonts, stock assets and platform ownership remain the property of their respective owners.

Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared during our work together will be treated respectfully and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission unless required by law.

Testimonials & Case Studies

I may ask for permission to feature your project, testimonial or results as a case study.

Nothing will be published without your approval.

Limitation of Liability

While I take great care in delivering my services, I cannot accept responsibility for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption or decisions made based solely on my recommendations.
