Every Business Has A Different Story.

That's why I don't believe in recommending the same solution to everyone.

Sometimes the answer is better advertising.

Sometimes it's a faster follow-up process.

Sometimes it's reconnecting with people who already showed interest in your business.

The only way to know...

Is to understand your business first.

That's where every project starts.

Can I Ask You Something?

These are a few questions I ask almost every business owner I meet.
The answers usually tell me where we should start.

If someone fills out your website form tonight at 10:30 PM...

What happens next?

If someone calls your business and nobody answers...

What happens after that?

How many leads from last year have you spoken to in the last 30 days? Not how many you have.

How many you've actually contacted.

If I asked where your last 20 customers came from...

Would you know? Or would you have to guess?

Those four questions usually tell me more about a business than any marketing report ever could.
That's why I like understanding what's happening before recommending anything.

One Thing I Notice Quite Often...

When I look at a local service business, I rarely start with the advertising. I start by looking at what happens after someone decides to contact the business.

Sometimes I fill out a form. Sometimes I call. Sometimes I send a message.

Then I simply watch what happens next.

A few weeks ago, I looked at several local businesses.

One replied within a few minutes.

Another replied the next morning.

One never replied.

One answered the phone but never followed up afterwards.

If I were the customer...

The business that made it easiest to get in touch would've earned my business.

That observation tells me more than most dashboards ever could.

Sometimes the opportunity isn't getting more attention.

It's making better use of the attention you're already getting.

Let's Do Some Simple Maths.

Every business is different.

So let's use a simple example.

Imagine your average job is worth $2,500.

Last month, 100 people contacted your business.

If just 10 enquiries weren't followed up properly...

That's potentially $25,000 worth of work that never had a chance.

100Enquiries
10Missed Opportunities
$25,000Potentially $25,000 Lost

Your numbers might be higher.

They might be lower.

The point is...

Very few business owners ever stop and work this out.

That's why I like understanding the numbers before recommending the next step.

So, Where Do We Start?

The honest answer?

I don't know yet.

Anyone who recommends a solution before understanding your business is making assumptions.

So every project starts the same way.

We look at your business together.
Not mine.
Yours.

1

We'll look at your website.

Is it making it easy for someone to contact you?

Or giving them reasons to leave?

2

We'll look at your follow-up.

What happens after someone fills out a form...

Sends a message...

Or calls your business?

3

We'll look at your current systems.

If you're already using a CRM or automation platform...

Is it genuinely helping your team?

Or has it become another tool nobody really uses?

4

We'll compare you with a few competitors.

Not to copy them.

To understand where you're already doing well...

And where there's room to improve.

5

We'll look at the numbers.

Where are your enquiries coming from?

What's turning into customers?

Where are opportunities getting lost?

By the end of the session, you'll leave with:

A clearer understanding of what's working.

The areas I'd focus on first.

Practical recommendations based on your business.

A clear next step—whether that's working together or not.

If I don't think I can genuinely help your business, I'll tell you.

If I do, I'll explain exactly what I'd build, why I'd build it, and why I believe it'll make the biggest difference.

Where I Usually Help Businesses

Every business is different.

That's why I don't believe in selling the same package to everyone.

Most conversations usually start in one of these three places.

"We Need More Enquiries."

Sometimes the challenge is simple.

You're good at what you do.

You just need more people contacting your business.

If that's where you are, that's where we'll start.

Here's what we'll build together

A reliable way of bringing qualified enquiries into your business.

Landing pages that make it easy for people to get in touch.

Clear tracking, so you know exactly where enquiries are coming from.

Simple reporting that tells you what's working.

What you'll have

A predictable system for generating enquiries instead of relying purely on referrals or word of mouth.

"We're Getting Enquiries... But Something Isn't Working."

This is probably the conversation I have most often.

Someone fills out a form.

A phone call gets missed.

A message sits in the inbox.

Your team gets busy.

Nobody intentionally ignores a customer.

Life simply gets in the way.

Meanwhile...

Your customer has already contacted somebody else.

Here's what we'll build together

Every new enquiry receives a response within moments.

Every lead is organised in one place.

Customers can book appointments online.

Automatic reminders reduce no-shows.

Follow-up continues even after your team finishes for the day.

AI is only introduced where it genuinely saves time.

What you'll have

A business that responds faster, follows up consistently, and gives every genuine enquiry the attention it deserves.

"We've Got Years Of Old Leads Sitting There."

Almost every business owner smiles when I mention this.

Then they say...

"Yeah... we've probably got hundreds."

Sometimes it's thousands.

People who called.

People who filled out a form.

People who almost bought.

People who said,

"Maybe next month."

Most businesses never speak to those people again.

Here's what we'll build together

Organise your existing database.

Separate customers from enquiries.

Reach back out with personalised email and SMS campaigns.

Give interested people an easy way to book another conversation.

What you'll have

A practical way of creating new opportunities from people who already know your business.

Without increasing your advertising budget.

Not Sure Which One Fits Your Business?

That's completely normal.

You don't need to work that out before booking a call.

That's my job.

We'll look at your business together.
Understand what's happening.
Then decide where it makes the most sense to start.

A Few Examples

Every business has different challenges.

The interesting part is that the solution is rarely the first thing people think it is.

Here are a few examples.

School Fee Management System

What I Noticed

The school staff were spending hours every month tracking payments, checking handwritten records, and following up with parents manually.

The work wasn't difficult.

It was repetitive.

What We Changed

We built a simple fee management system around the school's existing process instead of asking the team to completely change how they worked.

Everything became easier to find.

Reports became easier to generate.

Following up became much simpler.

The team spent less time chasing paperwork and more time focusing on students.

Lead Follow-Up System

What I Noticed

The business was already generating enquiries.

The advertising wasn't the problem.

The follow-up process was.

Some people received a response immediately.

Others waited hours.

Some never heard back.

What We Changed

We built a follow-up system that responded automatically, organised every enquiry, booked appointments, and kept everything in one place.

The team kept working exactly as they always had.

The system handled everything in between.

Every enquiry had a clear next step instead of depending on memory or sticky notes.

Inventory Management System

What I Noticed

The business owner knew products were selling.

What they didn't know was...

Which products sold the fastest.

Which items hadn't moved for months.

Or when it was time to reorder.

What We Changed

We built a simple inventory system that made daily sales, stock levels, product performance, and purchasing decisions much easier to understand.

Instead of relying on guesswork, the owner could make decisions using real numbers.

Every project starts the same way.
Understand the business first.
The technology comes afterwards.

About Me

People often ask whether I specialise in Facebook Ads...

GoHighLevel...

Automation...

Or AI.

The honest answer?

Those are just tools.

What interests me is understanding how a business works.

I enjoy asking questions.

Looking at processes.

Finding small problems that quietly slow a business down.

Sometimes the answer is better advertising.

Sometimes it's better follow-up.

Sometimes it's a system that saves your team hours every week.

The tools will continue to change.

Businesses will continue to evolve.

But one thing hasn't changed.

The best solutions start by understanding the business.
Not by choosing the software.

If we work together, my first goal isn't to sell you something.

It's to understand what's happening.

Explain what I see.

And recommend what I genuinely believe will help.

If that's Facebook Ads, I'll tell you.

If it's automation, I'll tell you.

If I don't think you need either...

I'll tell you that too.

What Happens Next?

If you've made it this far...

You've probably recognised parts of your own business somewhere on this page.

The next step is simple.

1

We talk.

We'll spend around 30 minutes talking about your business.

No presentation.

No sales pitch.

Just a conversation.

2

I'll review everything we've discussed.

Your website.

Your follow-up.

Your current systems.

Your numbers.

3

If I think I can help...

I'll show you exactly what I'd recommend and why.

If I don't...

I'll tell you that too.

4

If we decide to work together...

We'll build the right solution.

Not the biggest solution.

The right one.

Ready?

You don't need to decide whether we're going to work together today.

Let's simply understand your business first.

If I think I can help, I'll explain how.

If I don't, I'll tell you.

Either way...
You'll leave with a much clearer understanding of your business than when we started.
