None of those ideas are necessarily wrong.

The difficult part is knowing which one deserves your attention first.

That's why I don't begin by recommending a service.

I begin by understanding the business.

Only then do we decide what makes the most sense.

The thinking process: understand the business, find opportunities, prioritise, recommend, then growth.

When I review a business, I'm not looking for ways to sell another service.

I'm trying to understand what's stopping the business from growing.
